We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

A combination of Strength Training and Metabolic Conditioning.
Work on solid foundations in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Teaching proper warm ups, movements, drills, corrections, and rest period. As well as digging into accessory work to go along with the big lifts. This program you will get stronger, faster, and more powerful.
All the body weight skills you need. Working on positions and strenght and stability in those positions. Your upper body and core will be tested, and get much stronger as a result. Think handstand walks, levers, muscle ups, planche, and more. This class is a great challenge in both strength and skill.

Ages 5-11. Play-based program designed to keep the kids moving while also having fun. Teaching them respect for themselves and others while socializing with other kids their age. They will not only learn some of the movements like squats, planks, and burpees, they will also learn a little about nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. In this class they will use little to no weight.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Ages 12-16. This class introduces teens to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. We have several different levels of athlete in the teens class and we will scale their workouts accordingly to help teach them the proper movement and also prevent injury.
30 minutes of non-stop, high energy, super sweaty fun. This class will consists of high intensity interval training using mostly bodyweight and light weights such as dumbbells, medicine balls and dumbbells. This is a great class for any level of fitness and for anyone short on time. Another way to get some extra cardio in and work on your endurance. Barbells are not used in this class.
10:30am – 12:00pm
Our Competitor’s Class is for anyone! It is programmed for those who are interested in competing in higher level competitions, either individually or on a team. Advanced skill development, metcons, and lifts are a focus along with WOD strategy and working with a partner or teammates. This class involves more workload that our regular one hour classes, so be prepared to complete at least three training pieces every Saturday.
We do ask that you’ve been doing CrossFit for 6+ months and attend regular classes at least 3 times a week before considering Competitor’s Class. Come train hard and have fun with us!
