Athlete Spotlight

A little more about Gerald, in his own words: I’m a person who stutters, and have stuttered for most of my life. Not many people know about stuttering or what it consists of. Stuttering can be developed genetically, from a stroke, or trauma to the brain. My main goal is to spread the word about this speech disorder. So, the next time you encounter someone who has a speech disorder, try to be patient with them as they try to express their feelings. CrossFit at JonesN4 the last three months has been awesome. I’ve met so many people and have noticed many people transforming their minds, bodies, and souls. These people are the ones who motivate me to do the same. The Athlete Spotlight wouldn’t have been possible without the help of all the coaches, staff, and members at JonesN4. Thank y’all so much!
