How many times a week do you CrossFit?
Do you have any background in athletics, such as playing high school or college sports? If so, what?
I played baseball growing up and a little in high school.
Do you participate in any sports or other physical activities other than CrossFit?
What led you to begin CrossFitting?
Coming to the realization that I was developing bad eating habits, having little energy, and didn’t feel confident about my body.
What are your current fitness goals, and how has CrossFit helped you achieve them?
My current fitness goals are to achieve a better understanding of my mental toughness and to increase my muscle mass. Each CrossFit WOD had provided me with the opportunity to explore my mental toughness, as well as providing me with the tools necessary to achieve my fitness goals.
