Athlete Spot Light
Ashlee has been at JonesN4 CrossFit for a year now, and the progress she’s made is AMAZING. She’s always working on her weaknesses—participating in our gymnastics and Olympic lifting classes in addition to regular CrossFit classes. Ashlee also recently competed in the Granite Games Qualifier and is never afraid of a challenge. Keep up the hard work, Ashlee—can’t wait to see where you are in another year!

How many times a week do you CrossFit?
5 to 6 times a week
Do you have any background in athletics, such as playing high school or college sports? If so, what?
Soccer, softball, and basketball in high school. I wasn’t very good at it—was mainly in it for the strength and conditioning portion of our practices
Do you participate in any sports or other physical activities other than CrossFit?
What led you to begin CrossFitting?
I saw a promotion on Facebook and said to myself, “I’ve always wanted to try CrossFit, let me go check it out.”
What are your current fitness goals, and how has CrossFit helped you achieve them?
To get through the WOD without puking and to be better than I was a year ago.
