Pam joined the JonesN4 Community a little over 3 months ago and hasn’t slowed down since. You will ALWAYS see her after the early morning classes doing extra work to get closer to her fitness goals. We love her attitude and couldn't be happier that we get to be a part of her journey. Keep it up, Pam—you’re getting better by the day.

Martial arts-started training Tang Soo Do (traditional Korean Martial Arts) in 1998
Do you participate in any sports or other physical activities other than CrossFit?
Not at the moment
What led you to begin CrossFitting?
I was unable to train martial arts due to a previous knee injury. I needed something to not just keep me in shape, but push me to always become better.
What are your current fitness goals, and how has CrossFit helped you achieve them?
I wanted to improve my overall strength, but especially my upper body strength. CrossFit has definitely helped improve my overall strength, and doing the Beach Body program has helped with my upper body strength.
