Richard is one of the most eager and supportive members of our CrossFit community at JonesN4CrossFit. He just finished up the 2019 Open and got his very first bar muscle up in the process! Richard always gives his full effort in class and pushes everyone else to do the same. Thank you for all of your hard work, Richard—we love seeing you reach your goals.

What led you to begin CrossFitting?

I was exposed to CrossFit by my trainer at a previous gym. Unknowingly, the trainer was using CrossFit movements with me. I found out after he moved away, and my wife made me join JonesN4 CrossFit!

What are your current fitness goals, and how has CrossFit helped you achieve them?

To eat healthier, work on mobility, cardio, and strength.
