In addition to attending class at least 5 times a week, Charles is a regular in our Gymnastics Class. It’s not unusual to see him working on his hollow holds and handstand walks before and after class. If you want to be impressed, wait until you see his muscle ups.

I did a job for another box, and the owner invited me to do a few classes. I haven’t stopped since.

My one and only goal is to stay healthy.
