*if proficient walkers, practice HS Holds or obstacles (up and overs, zig zagging around objects, etc..), otherwise practice HSW…continue to work at it.
B) Every 6 mins @ high effort x 5 sets:
1 Rope Climb to 15’
10 DB Thrusters @ 50/35lbs per hand
