*low hang = plates hover JUST above floor.
B) 3 sets of:
AMRAP Strict Neutral Grip Ring Pull Up, rest 30s
AMRAP Ring Push Ups, rest 30s
30s L Sit (Static Hanging Knee Raise if needed), rest 30s
30s Wall Facing HS Hold, rest 90s
*or as long as possible for holds if they can’t make it to 30s.
C) 10 Min AMRAP:

10 DL @ 115/75lbs
