*banded transition, beat swings on rings, kipping ring pull ups, spotted RMU, linking RMU, etc…continue to work on it.

B) 28 Min EMOM:
Min 1: 200m Run (or 60s shuttle if athlete can’t run 200m inside of 60s)
Min 2: 5 TOUGH Kipping HSPU
Min 3: 250 @ 2:00/500m pace or 200m Row @ 2:10-2:15/500m pace
Min 4: 8-10 Unbroken Butterfly/Kipping C2B
