*if proficient walkers, practice HS Holds, otherwise practice HSW…continue to work at it. If you dont know fun drills or partner stuff here ask this should be a fun experience for everyone unless you have wrist issues.

B) 3 sets @ 85-90% Effort:

6 P Sn @ 135/95lbs
9 T2B
12 Burpees
15 WB @ 20/14lbs to 10/9ft
21/18 cal Row
rest 5 min b/w sets
*2nd set sub BMU for RMU, 3rd set sub 3 TOUGH Kipping HSPU for BMU
