Thursday: FSq (int + back off %) + Running MAP (1:1)
A) FSq @ 20X1 tempo, work to a tough set of 5 reps, rest 2-3 mins
B) FSq @ 20X1 tempo, 3x5 reps @ 91% of A, rest 2 mins
C) 5 sets of:
400m Run
rest walk 200m
*once you walk 200m - start running again (approximately 90s rest I would guess)….the whole idea is less rest compared to Wk 1, but maintain the same working times as Wk 1.
