Membership Pause Request

As stated in your Membership Agreement, you have the option to put your automatically recurring membership on hold and incur the applicable $35 hold fee per each 4 week period. Fill out the form below to request your membership pause. Unless otherwise noted, the hold will begin the next day after submission. If you wish to have your hold start on a future date please include that information. A hold will push back your next billing date equal to the amount of days of your requested hold provided that you give sufficient notice. This is not a cancellation request.
