At JonesN4 CrossFit, we believe every athlete deserves a strong foundation. That’s why we created our On Ramp Program—a personalized introduction to CrossFit designed for beginners who want to build skills, confidence, and momentum before jumping into regular classes.


What’s Included:

Your On Ramp experience is made up of three 1-hour sessions with one of our expert coaches. Each session is hands-on, interactive, and tailored to your fitness level.


  • Session 1: Fundamentals & Movement Basics
  • Learn the essential CrossFit movements in a safe, supportive environment. We’ll focus on body mechanics, mobility, and proper technique so you start with a solid foundation.
  • Session 2: Strength & Skill Development
  • Build confidence with barbells, gymnastics basics, and functional fitness skills. We’ll break down movements step-by-step so you feel comfortable and capable.
  • Session 3: Conditioning & Putting It All Together
  • Put your new skills to work in a beginner-friendly workout that introduces the intensity and fun of CrossFit—scaled to your pace.
